Why do we fundraise? How are the funds used?

Your gifts make a big impact! Tuition covers about 90% of our school's operating budget. The remaining 10% comes from fundraising, with our annual Auction generating over 75% of that revenue. These funds help us minimize tuition increases, improve facilities, and provide enrichment programs like Art, Music, and Technology. Your contributions are vital to enhancing every student's educational experience and ensuring our school thrives.

How are item you donate to the auction used to make our event a success?

Please consider donating an item to this year's St. Theresa Auction. Your contribution of goods, services, or experiences is vital to our fundraising success. All proceeds directly support our school's operational budget, fund improvements, and run enrichment programs like art, music, and technology.

Once you know what you would like to contribute to this year’s auction, please submit your auction dues commitment via this link so we can collect information about your item and make sure you get credit towards your dues for your donation. Your auction donations are essential to our fundraising efforts, and we deeply appreciate your generosity.

How else can you contribute to the auction?

Each year, families are required to contribute $200 in dues to the auction. Auction dues can be fulfilled in four ways:

Important upcoming auction event dates:

  • August 19th – Start date for making your auction dues commitment

  • September 16th – Early deadline to submit your auction dues commitment, and receive a 1-day free dress pass!

  • October 6th – Final deadline to submit your auction item

  • October 16th - Final date to purchase your event tickets

  • October 20th – Silent Auction opens featuring your donations!

  • October 25th – Auction Event kicks off featuring your donations!
