St. Theresa Parents’ Club
Mission and Objectives
The St. Theresa Parents’ Club serves as an organization through which parents support the interests of the St. Theresa School community in the spirit of Christian values. That essential support is demonstrated through the activities of our Parents Club committees which operate many of the school’s programs.
The objectives of the St. Theresa Parents’ Community are:
To raise funds for the school.
To provide enrichment programs that serve our students
To support and recognize the value of the staff and teachers at St. Theresa.
To provide parent education and promote community building within the school and the larger St. Theresa parish community.
Welcome from our Parents’ Club President
Greetings St. Theresa Families!
The St. Theresa Parents’ Club harnesses “parent power” to raise funds for the school and organize volunteering. There are a multitude of ways to support our teachers, staff, and students during the school year. I’m always amazed and delighted by the diverse gifts within our parent community; for every ability, there is a volunteer opportunity!
Volunteering at St. Theresa when we were a new family truly helped us to feel invested in the school right away. Three years later, our daughter Francesca is in 3rd grade. Gloria is in 4th grade; our son Eddie is in 5th grade, and our oldest daughter Evelyn is in 7th grade. My husband, Joe, is an attorney, and I am a stay at home mom and artist. We’re so grateful for a place where our kids can all be at school together, and we love all the opportunities for gathering with other St. T families, from CYO games to Rise and Shine mass, and more.
There is so much to look forward to at the beginning of each school year, but this year is extra special as it is St. Theresa parish’s 100th jubilee! Stay tuned for religious and social celebrations happening throughout the year. I especially hope to see everyone at the St. Theresa Jubilee Gala and Auction on October 25th to celebrate the history of the school and parish and to continue building our future together.
As I look forward to this year, I meditate on our patroness’s admonition to do small things with great love. It’s amazing to see how everyone’s contributions of time and effort, big and small, make St. Theresa School such a special place to be. Let’s have a great year!

Although our STAR program takes care of generous teacher gifting on behalf of all families at Christmas, end of year, and staff/teacher birthdays, sometimes we all feel moved to treat our teachers with a little something extra. Want to know Mrs. Bruni's favorite flower, or what's on Mrs. Nuti's classroom wish list? Check out this handy resource. New teachers' lists will be added towards the beginning of each school year.
