HOST A PARTY

Hosting a Pay-to-Play party is a fantastic way to raise money for our school and fulfill your annual auction dues requirement! These parties have consistently been among our most popular and cherished fundraising traditions, and we're thrilled to continue them.

PROGRAM OF EVENTS

  • 5:30 – 6:00 pm – 8th Grade Family and Sponsor pre-reception

  • 6:00 – 7:00 pm – Reception and silent auction

  • 7:15 pm – Dinner

  • 8:15 pm – Live auction and paddle raise with the Warrior’s own Franco Finn!

  • 9:15 pm – Dancing and auction check out

  • August 19th – Start date for making your auction dues commitment

  • September 16th – Early bird date to donate and receive a free dress pass! submit

  • September 16th – Early bird event ticket pricing ends.

  • October 6th – Final deadline to submit your auction item

  • October 16th - Final date to purchase your event tickets

  • October 20th – Silent Auction opens featuring your donations!
